Wanner demonstrates Intelligent Pump Control at Car Wash Show

Wanner International will feature and demonstrate its energy saving Hydra-Cell seal-less, carwash pump with Intelligent Pump Control on stand number 1.005 at Car Wash Show Europe on 18 and 19 September. The Intelligent Pump Control is patent pending. Wanner International will be present amidst approximately 60 other exhibitors at the Kromhouthal in Amsterdam.

Hydra-Cell pumps are renowned for their high energy efficiency. Now, with the introduction of Intelligent Pump Control technology, Wanner claims that further energy savings up to 70% could be achieved. A single Hydra-Cell pump can service one or a number of lances simultaneously, providing each lance with the optimum volume flow required, without resorting to wasteful bypass; saving energy that is both good for the environment and reduces costs for customers.

Seal-less design

With their seal-less design, Hydra-Cell pumps ensure 100% containment of the cleaning liquid, thereby eliminating health and safety risks caused by leakage, a common problem with piston pumps. Hydra-Cell’s pumps reliably handle particulate matter and ‘grey’ water without damage, with no dynamic seals, cups or packing to replace, costly seal maintenance is eliminated and in the event of being left to run dry, the pump suffers no damage.

Plug and play

Also on display will be Hydra-Cell S Series electronic solenoid pumps for low flow, low pressure, reliable and economical chemical metering. Coupled with a purpose designed polyethylene solution tank, the Hydra-Cell S Series pump forms a complete ‘plug and play’ cleaning chemical injection system.
