July 19 – Submit advertisement – if applicable (by email to frederique.van.boomen.@promedia.nl)
July 19 – Sign up for diner via registration (this link will open later)
August 16 – Sign-up your booth personnel via registration
Advertisment specifications
The exhibition brochure will be in A5 format.
If you want to have an advertisement, the costs are: A5 (€400,-), A6 (€300,-).

Below you find the specifications:
– For a full page advertisement (A5) the specifications are: 148,5 mm (wide) x 210 mm (height)
– For a half page advertisement (A6) the specifications are: 148,5 mm (wide) x 105 mm (height)
Please send the advertisement in PDF, or .EPS to frederique.van.den.boomen@promedia.nl
The resolution needs to be 300DPI.
Electricity
In case you need electricity for your booth, we kindly ask you to do draw a sketch of the position for the electricity connection.
Please download the gridmap, and send it afterwards to frederique.van.den.boomen@promedia.nl
